PROCESSING TIME

To provide you with the best service, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. If you notice an error in your order, we would encourage you to contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@musemonogram.com. We still tell our customers to allow up to 1-2 days for us to process your order. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Signature may be required for delivery. If no one is available to sign, our courier will do their best to make multiple delivery attempts. If your package is undeliverable and is subsequently returned back to us, we may need to charge you a re-delivery fee of AU$14.95 to cover for our re-delivery costs.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same day delivery to Sydney CBD, North Shore, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Select the shipping option at checkout and we'll take care of the rest!
Orders to corporate offices will be delivered by 5pm.
All other orders will be delivered by 8pm.
