Making Changes To An Order

To provide you with the best service, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. If you notice an error in your order, we would encourage you to contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@musemonogram.com and we would be happy to change your order if it has not already been processed.

Cancelling An Order

If you would like to cancel your order, we would also encourage you to contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@musemonogram.com. We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not been processed. 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. If you are having trouble processing your credit card directly via our store, we would recommend using PayPal as an alternative.

Our store also accepts payments via PayPal. There is a growing list of ways you can fund your PayPal account in order to make a purchase. PayPal accepts debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers and various other forms of payment. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal Express feature to conveniently checkout and place your order.

For your convenience, our store also accepts payment via ApplePay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments via cash on delivery.


Depending on your location, our store automatically displays all items to your local currency. You can also select the desired currency you wish to display on our store with the currency selector tool. Please note that our main store currency is AU dollars and your order will be charged in AU dollars at checkout to your selected method of payment. We would recommend contacting your financial institution to find out their current currency exchange rate and policy so you can understand how much you will be charged for your order.
